Right of Revocation

You shall be entitled to revoke the contract within 14 days without citing any reason. Revocation period is 14 days from the day either you or a nominated third entity, who is not the deliverer, takes respectively took possession over the goods.

To execute your right of revocation, you have to inform us, HYDROPHIL; ECO Operations GmbH, Kaiser-Friedrich-Promenade 28, 61348 Bad Homburg vor der Höhe, hello@group.eco , about your decision to revoke by a clear statement (e.g. via a written letter in the mail, fax or email). You may use the attached revocation form, however, this is not mandatory.

To keep the revocation period, it is sufficient to give short notice about execution of your revocation right within the period.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke the contract we have to refund all received payments, including shipping & handling (except for additional expenses in case you chose another shipping method than the suggested, cheapest standard delivery) immediately or at the latest within 14 days from the day of receipt of your notice about the revocation. For this refund we will use the same payment method as you used with the initial transaction, unless there was explicitly agreed on something else; on no account you will be charged with any fees for this refund. We are entitled to deny the refund until receipt of all goods or until you provided evidence, that the goods have been sent back to us, depending on what reaches us first.

You have to return the goods immediately and no matter the case at least within 14 days after the you informed us about revocation of this contract. To keep the revocation period, dispatch goods within the given period of 14 days.

You are to bear the direct expenses of the return delivery of the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and functioning of the goods.
